Sewage sludge in California, which is recovered from the sewage treatment process and is commonly referred to as biosolids, is currently trucked to farms where it is land applied.

Energy Generating Station will provide an environmentally sustainable alternative to managing sewage sludge and manure while producing renewable electrical power.

Liberty Energy is committed to being a responsible, community-neighbor, partner and will continue to consult with residents and businesses in Banning through a community liaison committee. Public review and input are encouraged through information on this site, as well as at meetings to be announced during environmental review and development.
